When shopping online at hultquistcph.dk, you as a consumer have a 30-day full right of return.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return goods with us.
That's why we offer return labels to customers in Denmark for a fee of DKK 55,-, which can be easily printed and placed on your return package.

The order confirmation must be enclosed with the order together with the order number, full name and telephone number. When returning, you pay your own shipping costs. The item can be sent to us by post as a letter or with GLS. You are responsible for the returned item until we receive it, and therefore keep your receipt until we have returned your money. The product must be adequately packaged. Items that are damaged due to defective packaging will not be accepted for return. We do not accept items returned postage prepaid or on request.
In cases where you as a customer refuse to accept the package or do not pick up the package at the GLS parcel shop, we reserve the right to charge you the costs that GLS charges for return shipping or redelivery. These costs, as well as the original shipping costs, will be deducted from your original order upon refund.
Once the item has been received and approved by us, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. Refunds to credit cards may take up to seven business days. If you have received free shipping on your original order and you use your right to return, the respective shipping will be charged retroactively if you have returned so much that your order total comes to less than 699 DKK.

Refund:
Hultquist Copenhagen is unable to refund customs duties and VAT for orders shipped to destinations outside the EU. It should be noted that Hultquist Copenhagen does not refund customs duties and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU where deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery.
Sealed goods:
For hygienic reasons, several of our items are sealed. Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or damaged.
24-month warranty according to the Danish Purchase Act:
All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act. This means that you as a customer at www.hultquistcph.dk has a period of 24 months after purchase in which you can complain about defects. You have the right to have a defective item repaired, replaced or returned. This of course depends on the individual situation.
The claim must be justified. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance or general wear and tear. All jewelry is worn and affected by chemicals, perfume, sweat, water, humidity, carbon monoxide, skin acids, etc. – Therefore, remove your jewelry when sleeping, swimming, sunbathing, playing sports, sweating, etc. and store it in a jewelry box for longer durability.
Complaints must be made as soon as possible after defects in the product have been discovered. Contact our customer service by e-mail: info@hultquist.dk with a photo of the product or call customer service on phone: +45 26806949 and tell us the problem before sending the product.
If the complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired or replaced, depending on the circumstances – or you can get your money refunded – or possibly a discount on the price. The shipping costs will also be refunded with a reasonable amount upon receipt.
We distinguish between manufacturing defects and wear and tear. In the event of a complaint, we will repair the jewelry or exchange it for a new one (same style). When submitting a complaint, a valid receipt must always be presented. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Damage caused by improper use of the jewelry is not covered by the warranty. Jewelry that is surface-treated (gold-plated) will eventually wear out. This means that the coating wears away the more you use the jewelry. This is considered wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty.
