The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the customer and Hultquist Copenhagen regarding the delivery of goods ordered on Hultquist Copenhagen's webshop www.hultquistcph.dk

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation.

All prices include 25% VAT.
Payment:
The card and card information you enter when purchasing goods is sent directly to Nets in encrypted form (SSL). Only you and Nets can read the information. Payment is only released when your order has been shipped. In the webshop you can pay with the following cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and MOBILEPAY.
Delivery times and shipping:
Expected delivery time is approx. 1-2 business days unless otherwise agreed. We will contact you if delivery time is longer. Reservations are made for sold out items.
We offer free shipping on orders over DKK 699. For order amounts below DKK 699, shipping costs will be added.
Right of withdrawal:
There is a 30-day return policy from receipt. If you choose to cancel your purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it. Order confirmation must be enclosed with the item along with order number, full name and telephone number. Please return the item to:

As a general rule, you are responsible for paying for the return of an item, including if you fail to pick up the package at the parcel shop or at the delivery location, unless Hultquist Copenhagen has expressly given you other conditions. Uncollected packages are therefore not considered a valid way to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In cases where you as a customer refuse to accept the package or do not pick up the package at the GLS parcel shop, we reserve the right to charge you the costs that GLS charges for return shipping or redelivery. These costs will be deducted from your original order upon refund.
When returning, you pay the shipping costs yourself. The item can be sent to us by post or GLS, and you are responsible for the return of the item. Therefore, keep your receipt until you have received your money back from us. The item must be adequately packaged. Items that are damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted for return. We do not accept items returned prepaid or COD.
Once the item has been received and approved by us, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. Credit card refunds may take up to seven business days.
Returns:
At www.hultquistcph.dk We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your order up to 30 days after you have received it. If you choose to return your purchase, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it. Order confirmation must be enclosed with the order along with the order number, full name and telephone number. Return the item to:

When returning, you pay your own shipping costs. The item can be sent to us by post as a letter or with GLS. You are responsible for the returned item until we receive it, and therefore keep your receipt until we have returned your money. The product must be adequately packaged. Items that are damaged due to defective packaging will not be accepted for return. We do not accept items returned postage prepaid or on request.
Once the item has been received and approved by us, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. The same account that you used to pay with. If you have obtained free shipping on your original order and you use your right of return, the respective shipping will be charged retroactively if you have returned so much that your order total comes to less than 699 DKK.

Refund:
Hultquist Copenhagen is unable to refund customs duties and VAT for orders shipped to destinations outside the EU. It should be noted that Hultquist Copenhagen does not refund customs duties and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU where deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery.
Sealed goods:
For hygienic reasons, several of our products are sealed. The right of withdrawal is void if the seal is broken or damaged.
24-month warranty according to the Danish Sales Act:
All goods are covered by the Danish Sales Act. This means that you as a customer at Hultquist Copenhagen have a period of 24 months after purchase in which you can complain about defects and shortcomings. You have the right to have a defective product repaired, exchanged or your money back. This of course depends on the individual situation.
The complaint must be justified. The right to a complaint does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. All jewellery is subject to wear and tear and is affected by chemicals, perfume, sweat, water, humidity, carbon monoxide, skin acids, etc. – so take your jewellery off when you sleep, bathe, sunbathe, play sports, sweat, etc. and store it in the supplied jewellery box or jewellery case for longer durability.
Complaints must be made as soon as possible after a defect in the product has been discovered. Please contact our customer service at Email: info@hultquist.dk with a photo of the product or call customer service on phone: +45 26806949 and let us know the problem. Subsequently, the defective item can be returned to us.
If the complaint is justified, you can either have the item repaired or exchanged, depending on the circumstances – or you can get your money refunded – or possibly a price reduction, if you wish. The shipping costs will also be refunded to a reasonable extent against receipt.
We distinguish between manufacturing defects and wear and tear. In the event of a complaint, we will repair the jewelry or exchange it for a new one (of the same style). When submitting complaints, a valid receipt must always be presented; without a receipt, the jewelry will be disregarded.
What does wear and tear cover:
Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Damage that has occurred as a result of incorrect use or mishandling of the jewelry is also not covered by the warranty. Jewelry that is surface-treated (gold-plated) will wear out over time. This means that the coating will wear off the more you use the jewelry. This is considered wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty.
User account:
To prevent unauthorized access to your Hultquist Copenhagen user account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You accept responsibility for all events that may occur under your account.
Please take every precaution to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure. You should inform Hultquist Copenhagen if there is any reason to believe that your password has become known to others or if the password is or is likely to be used in an unauthorized manner.
You must ensure that the information provided to us is correct at the time of registration.
Copyright and use of the website:
Hultquist Copenhagen owns all intellectual property rights relating to products after they have been sold, in particular design rights and copyright. You are not entitled to copy or use the content on the website. It is especially not permitted to copy significant parts of this website for use in other contexts.
You may not use the Website in any way that causes or may cause the Website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired.
Applicable law and venue:
Any agreement entered into between us under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
